Ham & Swiss Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 package Rosie’s slider buns
- 1/2 pound ham, thinly sliced
- 1/4 pound swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon GF worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
*This can easily be made dairy free by using dairy free butter and cheese alternative.
Instructions:
Slice your pre-cooked slider buns in half, spread dijon mustard on the bottom portion. Layer ham and swiss cheese and cover with top portion of slider buns. In a small mixing bowl melt butter. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle or brush butter mixture onto buns and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
