Recently, we have introduced bread baking classes at the bakery. During the four-hour class, our students get down to business learning the basics of baking gluten & dairy free French, Artisan, and white bread.
Ingredients: 1 package Rosie’s slider buns 1/2 pound ham, thinly sliced 1/4 pound swiss cheese, thinly sliced 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon GF worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste *This can easily be made dairy free by using dairy free butter and cheese alternative.
