Even if you’ve never made homemade bread or worked with yeast before, this class is for you! Unlike our French bread, which is a much lighter weight consistency, our famous artisan dough is hearty and makes the best European baguette/boule and pizza crust! Pamela will teach each student the techniques used in making both along with making sides of roasted red pepper hummus and vegan compound butter.
Each student will make and take home with recipes:
- 2 artisan baguettes
- 1 pizza crust to take home
- 1 pizza with choice of toppings to enjoy that day
- roasted red pepper hummus
- vegan compound butter
