Rosie’s GF/DF Nut Free, Dye Free Gingerbread House Kit

For ages 3 and older – (Parental supervision recommended)

Kit contains: 1 roof, 2 sides, and 2 fronts, 1 gingerbread person, royal icing, assorted GF/DF/Dye Free edible decorations

INGREDIENTS: GF flour blend (white rice flour, grown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), organic all vegetable shortening (expeller pressed organic palm fruit oil), sugar, egg, molasses, vinegar), baking soda, salt, ground ginger, grown cinnamon, ground gloves, xanthan, gum.

Royal Icing: powdered sugar (corn starch), egg whites, cream of tartar, pure vanilla extract.  CONTAINSegg, corn

GF/DF General Mills Cinnamon Chex: whole grain rice, rice, sugar, canola and/or sunflower oil, salt, rice fiber, cinnamon, molasses, natural flavor. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) Added to preserve freshness.

Directions:  Refrigerate royal icing until ready to use.  Cut small opening at tip of piping bag.  Cut one end of royal icing bag and insert into piping bag.  Squeeze until icing flows. Assemble front and back sides and then roof.  Allow gingerbread house to harden prior to adding decorations. 

Storage: Your completed gingerbread house does not need to be refrigerated.  Consume within 7 days after completion.
