“Your bakery has been an unbelievable ray of sunshine in my life. I had years of awful IBS and after getting no relief from doctors and doing my own online research, I decided to go gluten free. That was way back in 2006 and my digestive issues vastly improved. There were very few GF options 15 years ago and I just learned to do without. With your bakery, I do not have to do without! My daughter in Arizona also has severe reactions to gluten and I have treated her with your goodies. Last year I froze some of your awesome apple cider donuts and sent them to her via priority shipping. That priority shipping took TWO WEEKS to get to her! But she said the donuts were as good as fresh and she absolutely loved them. (Can’t wait for you to have those donuts available again!)  She finally got her PhD this summer and we threw a party for her. I asked her to look at your website to see what she would like and she promptly replied back, “One of everything, please,” which is exactly what we did. She was SO excited to have such a wonderful array of goodies to enjoy while she was here. My husband does not have to eat GF, but he absolutely loves your cherry almond friands. Those are my favorites, too. I do have to watch my sugar intake, so I can’t order your goodies as often as I’d like, but when I do, I eat them with the biggest smile on my face.”
