The Joy of Learning

We are so very excited to continue our class offerings.  What started off with a couple of bread classes, soon escalated into the hottest ticket in town.  Our little bakery provided a safe haven for those with Celiac disease and more than just an afternoon out.  Friends, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, and children of all ages came to learn and little did they know, make new friendships.  Our classes were more than I ever expected.  The laughs, smiles and epiphanies of our students are unforgettable.  My love for teaching has been rekindled and we look forward to launching our Fall and Winter offerings in our new space.  We actually will be able to have two types of classes running at the same time, which is quite unbelievable to me. 

This I know. Our bakery will always provide a safe environment free of cross contamination.  Together we will learn and bake while making some wonderful memories.
